The Annual Tennessee Environmental Conference is the state’s largest and most comprehensive educational opportunity and will be attended by an estimated 500 Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, State and Local Government Officials, Developers, Landowners and others with a strong interest in environmental programs in Tennessee.

How Do I Sign Up?
Registration is now open! Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. An Exhibit Booth is considered secured when payment is received and space is assigned.
How Much Does It Cost?
Exhibit space is $600 (prior to February 25, 2017) for the two day period that includes ONE individual registration. The late registration exhibit space rate is $800. The individual registration fee of $250 is charged for each additional person working your booth. Each additional registrant must register separately except for sponsors.
What Does That Cover?
- The 17th Annual Exhibit Hall will be located between the main convention center entrance and the breakout session rooms of the Meadowview Conference Center.
- Exposure: Opening General Session, Lunch General Session, Closing General Session Breakfast, refreshment breakouts, evening reception, continental breakfast, and general walk-about traffic.
- One 8' - 10' wide space with 8' background drapes, one six foot draped table, two chairs, one trash can, company signage and electrical service if requested
- Two Continental breakfasts for one
- Two Luncheons for one
- Three breaks for one
- Networking reception for one
What if I am a Non-Profit organization?
Special consideration has been made for those organizations who hold a non-profit status that wish to exhibit at the conference.
Exhibit space is available in select areas at a discounted rate for the two day period. If you are a non-profit organization and want to register as a non-profit exhibitor, you will be able to follow this link (once registration opens) and select the non-profit registration type from the drop-down below the registrant's name.

How Do I Select My Exhibit Booth?
When all exhibitor registrations are received, booth location assignments will be made. A map, including a list of exhibitors will be made available. Please call Mark Braswell (423) 854-5459 if you have any questions.
What Is The Exhibit Schedule?
Exhibit setup will take place on Monday, March 12 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 7:00am to 9:00am. Exhibit breakdown begins no earlier than Wednesday, March 14 at 2:45 p.m. All Exhibits must be removed by 5:00pm. Exhibitors may gain exposure during all breakouts, all General Sessions, and all Evening Receptions. Below is a complete list of breakouts and times.
