How do I ship my setup materials to the conference center?

When Can I setup?
Monday, March 17, 2008. 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 18, 2008. 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
[Please be finished before 8:30 a.m. as the conference opening session is at 9:00 a.m.]
What comes with my Exhibit Booth?
An 8’ table skirt, 2 chairs, 1 trash can, exhibitor packet and your organization/company’s name on the table.
Depending upon space, some may receive a 6' table instead of an 8' table.
If you requested electricity, a power cord will be located at your table.
A table tent will be placed on your exhibit space to indicate your company's pre-assigned location.
What comes in my Exhibitor packet?
All printed materials applicable to exhibitors.
Where are my company's nametags?
See the registration desk for nametags and conference attendee materials beginning Tuesday morning March 18, 2008 after 7:30 a.m. Changes/corrections can be made at that time. You do not need your name tags for setup.
When can I take down my exhibit?
- We would like for you to wait until after lunch on
Wednesday, March 19, 2008 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
- If at all possible, we would appreciate you waiting until 3:00 p.m.
There is a 1:50 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. joint session finale in the Grand Ballroom where most exhibits are located.
